Play that never repeats.
A day at the playground shouldn’t feel like Groundhog’s Day. For Pioneer Place, the design embraces a simple idea: play should keep unfolding, not settle into a single path. Proscapes created an environment where exploration, instinct, and surprise intertwine—no fixed routes, no “right way” through. And tomorrow, it plays like a brand new place.
Kids draw the blueprints.
Here, ‘never-the-same’ is the name of the game. Six lime green climbers set the stage for a real-life choose-your-own-adventure, while an adjacent obstacle zone extends the experience. Kids pick their way to the deck, play under an electric blue canopy, then decide their way down, making the journey as changeable as the destination.
