Agreeing to these terms when you use our site or services

By visiting proscapes.us, requesting a quote, or hiring Proscapes, SwingIt, or TerraFirma for a landscaping, play-space, or turf project, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our website or engage our services — you're welcome to reach out with questions before moving forward.

How our quotes and project scope work

Estimates provided by our team are based on the information and site conditions available at the time of the visit. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual site conditions — like soil, drainage, or access — differ once work begins.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work, materials, or timeline must be approved in writing by both parties before the change is carried out.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted; pricing may change after that period due to material or labor cost adjustments.

Deposits, payments, and what happens if a payment is late

Most projects require a deposit to schedule crews and order materials, with the remaining balance due according to the payment schedule outlined in your project agreement.

We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Payments not received by the due date may result in a pause of work until the account is brought current.

Late payments may be subject to a reasonable late fee, and any dispute about an invoice should be raised with our team promptly so we can resolve it quickly.

Scheduling changes, delays, and cancellations

Project timelines can shift due to weather, permit approvals, or supply delays that are outside of our control — we'll keep you updated if your schedule needs to change.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed project date, please notify us as early as possible; cancellations made close to the scheduled start date may be subject to a rescheduling or restocking fee.

Deposits already used to purchase materials or reserve labor for your project are generally non-refundable once work has been ordered or scheduled.

What our workmanship warranty covers

We stand behind our installation work and offer a workmanship warranty for the period stated in your project agreement, covering defects in our labor under normal use.

This warranty doesn't cover damage from acts of nature, misuse, lack of routine maintenance, or modifications made by someone outside our team.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your project is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Using our website and the content on it

All text, photos, project reels, and designs on proscapes.us belong to Proscapes, SwingIt, TerraFirma, or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

You agree not to use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the site, or attempt to access areas of it that aren't intended for public use.

Our site may link to third-party websites for your convenience; we don't control and aren't responsible for the content or practices of those outside sites.

Governing law, updates to these terms, and how to reach us

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the relevant Proscapes, SwingIt, or TerraFirma project is performed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time as our services evolve; the most current version will always be posted here, with the effective date noted at the top.
