Once the vision is clear, concept drawings translate ideas into a real layout — zoning, equipment selection, surfacing, and site elements like shade and seating all get worked out together rather than in isolation. This is where a client's input matters most: reviewing the plan, flagging what feels off, and refining details before anything is ordered or built. Installation becomes a matter of careful execution: footings poured to spec, surfacing installed to the correct depth and material for each zone, and equipment assembled and inspected against the original design intent.
