An accessible ramp bolted onto an otherwise standard playground isn't inclusive design — it's a compliance patch. Real inclusive play means every child, regardless of ability, has a genuine reason to be in the middle of the action rather than watching from the edge. That starts with how the whole site is laid out: continuous accessible routes between play features, transfer points at climbers, and equipment that offers different ways to participate in the same activity, so a child using a wheelchair and a child running full speed can end up playing the same game side by side.
